Consultaning for Annual Reports

An annual (activity) report explains an organisation’s operations, investor relations, financial position, goals and solutions within a defined period. Under Turkish law, joint-stock companies, limited liability companies and partnerships limited by shares are required to publish an annual activity report. Because these documents are detailed and multi-disciplinary, many organisations choose professional support.

With Indeks, you can rely on editorial development & writing, and print or digital report production—end to end. Our teams of professional journalists, editors and communication specialists help you produce monthly/periodic reports and compliant, high-quality annual reports.

What does the service include?

Our aplied consultancy considers audience, content, technology and format to produce a clear, accurate and engaging report. Annual reports are usually substantial documents that summarise what the company has done and achieved in the period, and what it plans next. Beyond showcasing actions and results, a well-made report also helps the company assess its current position.

Typical sections include (and can be tailored to your governance needs):

  • Messages from the Board & CEO
  • Investor relations and financials
  • Sustainability & ESG
  • R&D and innovation
  • People & organisation
  • Vision, mission and strategy

The aim is transparent, straightforward communication—without data overload. Reports speak to investors, shareholders, partners, customers, employees and regulators.

Indeks has produced award-winning reports for companies among Turkey’s Top 500. You can commission your report in print or as a digital/interactive experience, with professional support from start to finish.

The Team preparing company annual reports?

By law, the annual activity report is prepared under the authority of the company’s governing body: the Board of Directors for joint-stock companies; the manager(s) for partnerships limited by shares; and the manager or board of managers for limited liability companies. Reports should be made available for shareholder review at the company’s head office and branches at least 15 days before the general assembly. Content and design must reflect corporate identity and comply with applicable regulations.

Platforms published?

Organisations publish their reports on their websites and, when needed, in print. Most are accessible online as PDFs.

What content annual activity report include?

Regulation on the Minimum Content of Annual Activity Reports sets out key items, such as:

  • General information – period covered, trade name, registry number, head office/branches and website; organisation, capital and shareholding structures; ultimate beneficial owners and changes during the period
  • Remuneration for directors and senior management
  • R&D activities
  • Company activities and significant developments
  • Financial position
  • Risks and board assessment
  • Other relevant matters

Subject to the Regulation, companies may add further approved sections—e.g., a Sustainability/ESG chapter, which many include.

Why annual reports matter

Beyond legal compliance, annual reports:

  • track progress in projects, productivity and service quality,
  • show how the organisation is addressing challenges and preparing for the future,
  • offer a structured dialogue with stakeholders,
  • guide next year’s plans by highlighting opportunities and lessons learned.

Think of the annual report as your shop window—for shareholders, employees, suppliers, public authorities, unions and the market at large.
