In terms of set-up and content, “Job Interview” is a first in Turkey: Senior managers met young people at the beginning of their careers. Top managers and bosses shared their experiences with young people and also asked them critical questions. The young people also addressed their own questions to representatives of the business world that they were familiar with from the media.
Every week, the show featured a CEO, company director and human resources manager from a different company/industry. Three people were chosen as suitable candidates for an actual, vacant position. After live interviews on the show, one of the candidates was employed for a two-month trial period.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
