Who is Numan Numan?
He completed his Master’s degree at Marmara University in Computer Engineering and his undergraduate degree at Ege University. He began working for D&B Corp, the owner of GTE in Tokyo, after which he moved on to the companies Moody’s and, later, ACNIELSEN. He held management positions at Credit Suisse and then at Goldman Sachs. He was in charge of technological operations firstly in Tokyo and then the Asia-Pacific region. He first started working with start-ups while looking for necessary software solutions to promote Goldman Sachs’ efficiency, by engaging with other, smaller, external companies. After leaving his job at Goldman Sachs, he started offering consultancy services on product development and business development to start-up companies. He managed more than 40 global projects as the vice president of the Technology Division. He is presently one of the managing partners of 212 Venture Capital.
